I gave Markus a girlfriend/wife in "The Painter" and since then, these two are my OTP. 

I use a modified "Elisabeth" ragdoll (from Bioshock Infinite) for her. 

And if she were a real person, she'll probably look like this:

She has the body of a goddess and the face of an angel. God, her tits are incredible. My headcanon is that Markus is a boob lover. Men are either into asses or boobs and some like both. And I gave him a bit of a boob fetish, and the bigger they are the better. Guess this would be his dream breasts. They surely are mine. ^^
